What requirements does a good weight sensor meet

Definition: A weight sensor is a device that converts the weight of the measured object into an electrical signal for output. The core component of the common electronic scale and weight scale is the weighing sensor. The object is placed on the scale and an external force is applied to the scale. The sensor will convert the external force into electrical signal and display it on the meter or display.

Weighing sensor is the core device of weighing equipment. Therefore, the performance of weighing sensor determines the quality of weighing equipment, and a good weighing sensor determines the stability and accuracy of weighing tools.

1. High sensitivity: the higher the sensitivity of the weighing sensor in the weighing equipment, the better, so that the measured data will be more accurate. It should be noted here that if the sensitivity of the weighing sensor is high, then it is more affected by the outside world. For example, the noise will interfere with the judgment of the sensor. Therefore, a good weighing sensor requires anti-noise performance, so as to avoid the impact of noise on the sensor.

2. Appropriate accuracy: accuracy is also one of the factors affecting the weighing sensor, in general, as long as the accuracy requirements can meet the weighing instrument output level is slightly higher on the line, do not choose too high, so as to reduce the purchase cost. The weighing sensor can continue to work for a long time and has a longer service life.

3. Working environment: Working environment will also affect the stability of the weighing sensor, such as the use in flammable and explosive environment, to choose sensors with explosion-proof function. In addition, high temperature, electromagnetic field, dust, corrosion and other environments have a great impact on the weighing sensor.

Choose the range of the weighing sensor according to the actual application scenario. Generally speaking, the weight of the actual object to be weighed should be less than 70% to ensure the life of the weighing sensor. Weighing sensors are widely used in various industries, such as chemical industry, lithium battery, transportation, building materials, agriculture and animal husbandry, precious metals, coal mining and other industries. Common weighing equipment includes truck scale, platform scale, platform scale, weight scale, electronic scale and so on.
