An overview of zero point temperature drift of the load cell

 

1. Definition of zero point temperature drift: the zero point output of the load cell is affected by the ambient temperature and changes with the temperature.

2. The cause of zero point temperature drift: the output deviation with temperature variation is caused by the inconsistency of the resistance temperature coefficient of the four bridge arms of Wheatstone bridge.

3. Compensation mechanism of zero point temperature drift: a resistance with a higher temperature coefficient is strung into a bridge arm with a smaller resistance temperature coefficient to balance the resistance temperature coefficient between the bridge arms.
