At present, there are many sensor manufacturers in China. When designing sensors, many of them still use mathematical formulas to calculate. There is no practical fit for the customer’s current use requirements. The field installation stress, screw thread stress, eccentric load, contact stress and some residual stress of mechanical processing are not taken into account.

With the application of finite element design in sensor structure, many factors can be considered in advance. This will be a trend in sensor design in the future.
