Line input/output measurement method: Find the sensor connection end in the weighing controller (weighing instrument), measure the sensor connection circuit, under normal circumstances, the excitation voltage is 5-10V, the output voltage (in the equipment no-load close to 0, less than the sensor output (sensor output = excitation voltage * sensor sensitivity, sensor sensitivity to 2mV/V), If not, contact the service provider to replace the sensor.

3. Sensor resistance measurement method: Measure the sensor resistance value, determine the quality of the sensor through the resistance value, input resistance ≧ output resistance > bridge resistance, in general, the bridge resistance is equal or equal in pairs.

It is worth noting that the environment of high temperature, dust, humidity, high corrosion and electromagnetic field will cause serious damage to the weighing sensor, so it is necessary to pay attention to the use of the weighing sensor environment, or select the corresponding weighing sensor in the established environment.
