The structure of spoke type weighing sensor

The spoke weighing sensor is also called a thin weighing sensor because it has a thin design and looks like a pancake. Spoke weighing sensors, on the other hand, can withstand tensile and compressive forces. Therefore, it is also a tension and pressure weighing force sensor, widely used in platform scales, truck scales, track weighbridge and tension tester.

The elastic element of spoke type weighing sensor is a kind of elastic element of hole structure. Its entire structure looks like a wheel, with multiple spokes symmetrically distributed between the hub and the tire. External loads are applied to the upper face of the hub. The hub, spoke and tire together form a plurality of shear beams with fixed supports on both sides. The elastic elements of pore structure are shown as follows:

The pore structure shear stress elastic element has low appearance and good stability. It is insensitive to bending moments and has good linearity. Large lateral stiffness, strong resistance to lateral and eccentric loads. The integrated structure is symmetrical and the thermal expansion in different directions is consistent with each other. The temperature coefficient is small.

 

The elastic element of pore structure adopts a simple drilling process. In order to ensure large stiffness, small stress concentration and pure shear stress in the root of shear beam, the resistance strain gauge can be pasted in a more reasonable position. If the shear strain beam forms many holes, it is easier to obtain an ideal stress field suitable for attaching resistance strain gauges.
